Whilst our couriers always try to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible there may occasionally be external factors that affect this which we are not responsible for.
All orders are sent fully tracked. If you claim to have not received your order despite the tracking saying it has been delivered, you will be required to complete a ‘non receipt of goods form’ and we will launch an investigation with the courier which can take up to 14 days. Please email [email protected] and our customer service team will be able to initiate this for you. We will let you know the outcome of the investigation once we hear back from the courier.
